FREE ADMISSION TO THE PUBLIC!
The 23rd Annual Delaware Resorts SPRING HOME EXPO in Lewes, Delaware will be held at Cape Henlopen High School on Kings Highway. Dates for this year’s event in Lewes, originally scheduled for Saturday and
Sunday April 4-5, will be announced soon. Last year’s Expo attracted more than 2000 visitors over two days to see the latest in the resort area home market, and home related goods and services. Visitor hours are Saturday 9am to 4pm, and Sunday 10am to 3pm. Plenty of free parking is available at Cape Henlopen High School.
The Expo is sponsored by the Internet magazines RehobothToday.com and LewesToday.com, along with the Cape Gazette, the popular Cape region resort area weekly newspaper, Comcast Spotlight, ABC-WMDT, Sussex County Womans Journal, Clean Energy USA, Schagrin Gas, and Clean Cut Interlocking Pavers and Pools.
The most successful REAL ESTATE, DEVELOPERS, BUILDERS, MORTGAGE, FINANCIAL and HOME PRODUCTS and SERVICE companies in the Delaware resort area will be featured all under one roof!
NO CHARGE TO THE PUBLIC!
Visitors to the SPRING HOME EXPO will enjoy the convenience of reviewing the area’s premier real estate and home service values while receiving free gifts and participation in prize drawings. Refreshments will also be available.
According to Kathy Benson, Expo founder, “We aggressively promote the Expo weeks in advance throughout the north and mid-Atlantic regions, and are always amazed at the distance some folks travel to visit the show.”
The SPRING HOME EXPO is designed to appeal to both local and prospective residents who live a distance away, and consequently find it difficult to get the “lay of the land”. Local residents considering a new home, renovation, or addition will also find the Expo valuable for shopping these services.
"If you live more than 100 miles away, you'd have to make several expensive trips over a long period of time to get all of the information the Expo will provide, and there's no admission fee", explained Benson. "Another benefit is that the visitor gets to review and interview all the exhibitors face to face, on their terms and schedule, to determine with whom they would like to work rather than being obligated to the person they just happen to get on the phone when they call a business for information", Benson added.
Prospective exhibitors should contact Kathy Benson at 302-236-0857 or click here for details as soon as possible as the SPRING HOME EXPO will be an exhibitor sell-out.
Expo exhibitors are provided a 10ft wide by 8ft deep professional “pipes and drapes” exhibit space complete with 3ft high blue and white sidewalls and an 8ft high blue and white backdrop. Exhibitor signs may be hung from the backdrop. Electricity is provided as well as WiFi.
